Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Teyana Taylor, Steven Yeun and more are law enforcement officers who are faced with a moral dilemma in the trailer for the upcoming Netflix film, The Rip.

Written and directed by Joe Carnahan from a story by Carnahan and Michael McGrale, The Rip follows a group of cops who find tons of cash. But the money, of course, is contraband. According to the official description:

Upon discovering millions in cash in a derelict stash house, trust among a team of Miami cops begins to fray. As outside forces learn about the size of the seizure, everything is called into question — including who they can rely on.

Who else stars in ‘The Rip’?

The film also stars Sasha Calle, Catalina Sandino Moreno, with Scott Adkins, and Kyle Chandler.

Carnahan talked about getting the all-star cast with Netflix’s Tudum, saying that the cast members “give you this wonderful sense of reality and authenticity.”

“It doesn’t feel like a bunch of actors just showed up five minutes before,” he said. “The bonding and spending time and people really, genuinely liking each other gave it this great feeling that is hard to capture. But when you get it, you’re so lucky and fortunate. All the performances are wonderful. It’s a testament to what happens when you get a bunch of talented people together, you give them something that they could relate to and latch onto and the results speak for themselves.”

Affleck and Damon produce with Danie Bernfeld and Luciana Damon. Executive producers include Kevin Halloran and Michael Joe for Artists Equity.

When will ‘The Rip’ be on Netflix?
