Taco Bell has released a limited-edition Mountain Dew pie ahead of Thanksgiving. The Mountain Dew Baja Blast pie is available as of Thursday for a limited time. It was released alongside a beverage version for customers who may be celebrating Friendsgiving ahead of the holiday.

What is Taco Bell’s Mountain Dew Baja Blast pie?

The pie takes on Baja Blast’s tropical lime flavor and turns it into a creamy key lime pie. It also features a graham crumb crust and whipped cream on top. Taco Bell refers to the pie as being “unexpected in every way.” The pie is sold whole for $19.99 at Taco Bell stores nationwide.

The fast-food restaurant chain released the pie for Friendsgiving and highlighted how every friend group often puts their own spin to the celebration.

“Friendsgiving isn’t just a holiday, it’s a cultural loophole. A break in the calendar where creativity is encouraged, traditions get tossed and the most surprising dish takes the spotlight,” Taco Bell said in a press release. It is “giving Friendsgiving a dessert as bold, innovative and unexpected as the holiday itself.”

The Mountain Dew Baja Blast pie was first teased during Taco Bell’s Live Más LIVE 2024 event.

Taco Bell customers can also try a beverage version of the pie dubbed the Mountain Dew Baja Blas pie chiller. Also available starting on Thursday, and as a limited edition, it is being served at select Live Más Cafés in Southern California and Texas.

“The seasonal sip transforms the iconic dessert into a portable, personal treat,” the restaurant chain said.

The drink is a creamy frozen beverage featuring pieces of the Baja Blast Pie. It is blended with a vanilla ice cream base and topped with whipped cream and churro crunch.
