The highly anticipated reboot of The Real Housewives of New York City, premiered this past Sunday and fans are already looking forward to the rest of the season thanks to this new slate of glamorous women.
During the premiere episode of season 14, tension was brewing between the Housewives over some cheese, which caused drama fans are still talking about today.
The first major argument of the season was over a charcuterie board.
The disagreement began when Erin Lichy, a NYC real estate agent, invited the women over to enjoy a charcuterie board together before cameras began filming.
During the get together, Lichy allegedly offended Sai de Silva , an influencer, with her “weird” assortment of cheese — or so fellow co-star Brynn Whitfield claimed.
De Silva immediately assured that she never look down on Lichy’s charcuterie board, saying she was “eating the cheese more than anyone else.”
Lichy later called out Whitfield for “lying” about the “stupid, silly story” that wasn’t true.
Fans are eating up this petty drama between the glamorous NYC women.
If they’re arguing like this over some cheese then we’re really in for some entertainment this season #RHONY pic.twitter.com/zi39Z5EQae

having been at the forefront of the anti-reboot movement , I hate to admit it but.. the new #RHONY premiere kinda ate – the only crumbs left were probably the leftover cheese Ubah Hassan left to Jenna Lyon’s chihuahua like these bitches ATE pic.twitter.com/afRUcdDdv3

They’re fighting about cheese plates and restaurant reservations. We’re back to the petty basics, and I’m loving it. 🍎 #RHONY pic.twitter.com/wphQeRYOh1

Ok but Erin and Sai fighting over cheese is the type of rich petty nonsense I love about Housewives. I’m sold! #RHONY pic.twitter.com/9l54rDzyHW
