Good times were had at Janet Jackson’s show in Highland, California, on Tuesday.

After her performance at the Yaamava’ Theater, the actress and singer reunited with her Good Times co-stars Ralph Carter, who played Michael Evans on the CBS sitcom from 1974 to 1979, and BernNadette Stanis, who portrayed Thelma Evans on the show.

Stanis shared pictures and clips from the performance on Instagram

Stains shared an Instagram Reel featuring photos and video clips from the performance and her reunion with Jackson and Carter, calling the show “fantastic” in the caption.

“Last night seeing our little Penny all grown up and sexy made me so proud as a big sister,” she wrote.

She went on to thank fans for supporting her 2024 memoir, Good Times, Ain’t We Lucky We Got ‘Em: Memoir of an American Sweetheart.

“I have gotten so many wonderful  and heartfelt feedback, which has truly touched my heart telling me how much they enjoyed it, and they thanked me for all the information and great background stories,” she said.

Fans were touched to see that the co-stars are still close, nearly 50 years since Good Times ended.

“I love seeing all of them keep in touch still after all these years,” one fan commented on Stanis’ post.

Another wrote, “Omg!!!!! Sooooo cute! Janet Jackson was great as Penny.”

“❤️❤️❤️ Thelma and Penny forever ❤️❤️,” someone else commented.

Jackson also caught up with Victoria Monét backstage at the show

Carter and Stanis weren’t the only ones Jackson connected with at Tuesday’s performance. “On My Mama” singer Victoria Monét also attended the show, and the two singers posed for pictures backstage at the gig, The Grape Juice reported.

Jackson shared snaps of her reunion with Carter and Stanis and connecting with Monét at the show on Instagram.

She wrote in a caption for the post, “Victoria, Ralph & BernNadette, it was so good to see you!”
