Simu Liu is an American agent who must prove his loyalty in the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Peacock series The Copenhagen Test.
Liu plays a Chinese-American analyst who realizes his brain has been compromised. He must solve his own personal mystery of what happened to him while stopping those who have access to his memories.
According to the official description:
This espionage thriller series follows first-generation Chinese-American intelligence analyst Alexander Hale (Simu Liu) who realizes his brain has been hacked, giving the perpetrators access to everything he sees and hears. Caught between his shadowy agency and the unknown hackers, he must maintain a performance 24/7 to flush out who’s responsible and prove where his allegiance lies.

The series also stars Melissa Barrera, Sinclair Daniel, Brian D’Arcy James, Mark O’Brien and Kathleen Chalfant.
The Copenhagen Test is created, written and executive produced by co-showrunners Thomas Brandon and Jennifer Yale. Liu also serves as executive producer with Atomic Monster’s James Wan, Michael Clear and Bob Hackett, Mark Winemaker and Jet Wilkinson, who directs the first two episodes.
