Celebrity fitness trainer Ron “Boss” Everline, known for being the fitness trainer for Kevin Hart, is launching a new digital series with Hart’s Hartbeat, Blavity’s Shadow and Act can exclusively report.

The series, Boss Moves, is presented by C4 Energy and will premiere on Dec. 9 on the LOL Network YouTube channel.

Here’s the synopsis:

In the new series, Boss sits down with “everyday bosses” — actors, athletes, entertainers, and executives — in a gym setting to show how anyone can take ownership of their journey. As they train side-by-side, guests open up about the discipline, setbacks, and drive that fuel their success — the same qualities needed to be your own boss in life. The workouts intensify as the conversations deepen, highlighting the link between physical grit and personal growth. Throughout, Boss breaks in to lead quick exercises so viewers can join in, putting in their own reps and taking charge of their own progress in real time. It’s not just about watching people work — it’s about proving that anyone can step up, put in the work, and become the boss of their craft, career, or life.

Guest list for ‘Boss Moves’

The initial lineup of guests includes Kevin Hart, Normani, Keith Lee, Ferg, Hannah Stocking and Jason Nguyen.

Boss Moves is all about continuous growth and elevation in every part of life,” Everline said in a statement exclusive to Blavity. This isn’t a workout show—it’s real conversations, real perspective, and real connection that comes in the form of sweat equity. Whether you’re an entertainer, athlete, entrepreneur, or anything in between, Boss Moves is about exploring how you keep pushing yourself, how you stay committed, and how you level up to that next version of you.”

Hartbeat’s other series on LOL Network include Cold as BallsCaddie and the Kid, and What’s Cookin’ Good Lookin’.
