Season 12 of Married to Medicine returns to Bravo next month, and there’s two new ladies joining the crew.
Returning this season as main cast members are Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush Harris, Quad Webb and Dr. Mimi Sanders.
While Dr. Heavenly Kimes is returning, she is just a Friend of the cast this season as she is running for office. Meanwhile, Basketball Wives alum Angel Love Davis is a new Friend and registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience in oncology, emergency medicine and orthopedics. Brandi Milton joins the group as a Friend and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetics and wellness.
What to know about where the women stand in ‘Married to Medicine’ Season 12
This season will center on the women as they navigate entering new careers, with Dr. Heavenly getting into politics while dealing with the fallout from her son’s legal issues. Quad and her man King are undergoing IVF treatments to start their family with the help of Dr. Jackie, even traveling to Ghana in hopes of getting better results. Dr. Simone is working to make amends with Quad and managing her adult sons as they return from college. Toya and Dr. Eugene have moved again, as Toya takes the liberty of being the leader in holding the friendship group accountable.
Dr. Contessa returns full-time and continues having issues with Heavenly as she defends her marriage to Dr. Scott. She’s also expanding her business. Dr. Mimi has settled nicely into the friend group and hosts her first polo classic event with her husband, Steve, but she struggles with finding her footing with who is right and wrong in the circle. Angel is a successful registered nurse, entrepreneur and bombshell beauty and single mom of two who enters the fold though Quad. Dr. Simone’s friend Brandi joins the group as a nurse practitioner and owner of a Buckhead med spa specializing in medical aesthetics and has no problem throwing shade within the group.
