Only a few episodes into the new season, and Landman has already been renewed for Season 3 at Paramount+.
The Taylor Sheridan series has been a ratings hit and is set to be in the top 3 of all content for the week of Nov. 17 for Nielsen. It is set to be a top 2 series for the week of Nov. 24, per preliminary data, says the studio.
It received over 9.2 million streaming views for the first episode of Season 2 on the first two days of availability on Paramount+, up 262% over the first season’s premiere, per Paramount+. This makes it the most-watched premiere for a Paramount+ series.
Co-created by Sheridan and Christian Wallace, the series stars Billy Bob Thornton, Demi Moore, Andy Garcia, Ali Larter and Sam Elliott, with Jacob Lofland, Michelle Randolph, Paulina Chávez, Kayla Wallace, Mark Collie, James Jordan and Colm Feore also starring.
