This 'Big Brother' star is Black Twitter's latest viral meme sensation

A certain gif has set Black Twitter on fire and everyone is trying to figure out two things: where this meme is from, and who is the woman in it?

For Big Brother fans, we know this person all too well. Her name is Da’Vonne Rogers, one of the reality television competition’s most popular houseguests in recent memory.

Affectionally referred to by fans and fellow castmates as Day, she first debuted on the show in its 17th season in 2015.

Despite becoming the second houseguest evicted, she was popular with fans due to her hilarious, no-nonsense confrontations with the other houseguests and her funny diary room sessions (show segments in which the houseguests recap events for the viewers).

Day proved to be so popular, she was invited back for a following season of the show, immediately after. She appeared this season for Summer 2016, along with three other past contestants.

While she left the season this time midway instead of early in the game, Day says she let her mouth get the best of her again. However, this was another season filled with hilarious Day moments, which are now oh so meme-able.

However, the gif of Day that is going viral is not even from this year, it’s from her exit last season. But somehow, Black Twitter has caught ahold of it and we haven’t been right ever since.
