Summer is right around the corner, which means it’s time to face this humidity and hit these beaches without the worry of maintaining these natural tresses. Like many black women, I happily dedicated a full Saturday at the salon for my install. This season, I went with waist length Senegalese twists. Although I absolutely adore my zero-maintenance look, I quickly grew tired of alternating between two styles. I needed some versatility in my life.
