Kevin Hart thinks the criticism of his son’s party theme is much ado about nothing.

The criticism began on Thanksgiving when his wife, Eniko Hart, posted pictures and videos from their 1-year-old son’s “Cowboys and Indians” birthday party on social media, according to TMZ.

Did Kevin Hart and Eniko really throw their 1-year-old a “Cowboys and Indians” themed birthday party… These celebrities really love their privilege to be socially ignorant.

The Night School star responded to the backlash on Wednesday during a broadcast of his Sirius XM show Straight from the Hart, reports People Magazine. The Philadelphia native blamed the controversy on an increasingly opinionated society.

“Keep in mind, the same day the Cowboys played the Redskins on TV. It’s a very known fact,” Kevin said. “The reason why I’m even bringing this dumb s**t up is because it shows just how stupid our world is becoming with opinions. People are at a point of an all-time high.”

He added his son’s party was inspired by Western movies he watched as a child and insisted the theme wasn’t intentionally malicious.

“I’m saying the battle that is ‘assumed’ because of the movies and because of everything they’ve seen, was because of the fights that were between the cowboys and the Indians,” he continued.

“So as a kid, when you played these games, it was based off of the premise from a hypothetical place that was put into perception for movies. So what I’m saying — this isn’t something that was just started. This isn’t a racial slur that people are doing and being malicious with," the 39-year-old added. "This is a game that’s been played for years.”

Kenzo is Kevin's first child with Eniko. He shares another son, 11-year-old Hendrix, and 13-year-old daughter Heaven with his first wife, Torrei Hart.
