Among her many talents, Rihanna is known for giving a good clapback. And with Tuesday's midterm elections in full swing, Rih Rih wants to make sure you’re voting — even if she has to shade you first.
The Anti singer encouraged everyone to vote via Instagram by sharing a list by activist Shaun King of the 15 states that allow same-day voting registration.
A curious lurker commented on her post writing, “Are you even a US citizen? Honest curiosity.”
According to Teen Vogue, Rih Rih replied, "Nah I’m an immigrant tryna get yo country together. Did u vote?
The Bajan artist has been very vocal about U.S. and global politics. The 30-year-old ambassador recently made headlines after she spoke out against Donald Trump's use of her music at his rallies and has sent the administration a cease and desist letter, Time reports.
And like Oprah, the artist has also endorsed Georgia gubernatorial Democrat candidate Stacey Abrams.
GEORGIA: I’m sure you already know, but incase you’re still wondering… it’s all about @StaceyAbrams for Governor! Stacey is an inspiration to women across the world!!!
We need everyone in Georgia to Vote TODAY! It’s going to take all of us to do the work! EVERY. VOTE. MATTERS! pic.twitter.com/vPOoM2nuV8
