Vice President Joe Biden is the papa of petty.
His IDGAF antics became clear during the 2012 vice presidential debate with Paul Ryan.
Since then, Biden has showed no signs of slowing down. Just last week, Biden was cutting up at the White House when President Barack Obama announced Donald Trump’s victory as president-elect in a live press conference.
He does what everyone else is usually thinking.
