When things are a long time coming, you savor them.  "Down With The Crew" is the kind of song that's subtly evolved over time. The result is a sound that resembles the lightness of Craig David and the aggression of Migos. 

The Bronx native comes from a ton of influences. He's a 90s R&B kid with a Pink Floyd soul. It shows on "Down With The Crew," especially with how effortlessly he packs in elements of both.
