Is S & A turning into the Middle of Nowhere channel? Seems that way doesn't it? But then again, isn't that what we're all about? That is, bringing to attention intelligent, well-made, independently made black films?
And if we don't do it, who will?
So with that comes news that Nowhere will be expanding into more cities this weekend.
The film will open this Friday Oct 26 at:
Richmond – Regal Commonweath Center Stadium
Indianapolis – Washington Square Theaters
Newark – Cityplex 12
Tallahasee – Tallahasee 20
Charlotte – Concord Mills 24
Leavenworth, Kansas – Landing 4 (Which also happens to be lead actress Emayatzy Corinealdi's home town)
In addtion, the film will also open this Friday on more screens in cities where the film is already playing; NYC – Harlem 9, L.A. – Laemmie NoHo, Chicago – 600 Michigan, Philadelphia – Cherry Hill, Baltimore – Owing Mills and Austin, TX. – Plugerville.
