One Piece Season 2 now has a premiere date and a brand new look at Drum Island. The season, title One Piece: Into the Grand Line.

Netflix has announced that the second season of the hit live-action adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s popular anime series will debut March 10, 2026. As a tease for the new season, Netflix has released new images of Monkey D. Luffy (Iñaki Godoy) and the gang as they head to Drum Island, a treacherous land of snow and ice that is one of the first locales on The Grand Line. Fans of the series will know that it’s also where we meet a certain talking deer.

What we know about ‘One Piece’ Season 2

One Piece Season 2 follows Luffy and his Straw Hat crew–mercenary Roronoa Zoro (Mackenyu), map extraordinaire and burglar Nami (Emily Rudd), chef and martial arts expert Sanji (Taz Skylar), and sniper Usopp (Jacob Romero)–as they head to the Grand Line in search of the One Piece, legendary treasure that would make its owner the King of the Pirates. According to the official description:

Netflix’s epic high-seas pirate adventure, ONE PIECE, returns for Season 2—unleashing fiercer adversaries and the most perilous quests yet. Luffy and the Straw Hats set sail for the extraordinary Grand Line—a legendary stretch of sea where danger and wonder await at every turn. As they journey through this unpredictable realm in search of the world’s greatest treasure, they’ll encounter bizarre islands and a host of formidable new enemies.

The series is created in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios and Netflix. Season 2 co-showrunners, writers and executive producers include Matt Owens and Joe Tracz. The series has also already been renewed for a third season, with co-showrunners, writers and executive producers including Tracz and Ian Stokes. Executive producers for the series includes Oda, Tomorrow Studios’ Marty Adelstein and Becky Clements, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes, Christoph Schrewe and Steven Maeda.
