Hollywood needs to start paying Twitter users for film ideas because there’s another film pitch taking root, this one involving Kerry Washington and Chris Evans.
Twitter user and QPOC podcast Megasheen co-host @wondermann5 presented their followers with a question: If Washington and Evans starred in a film together as co-leads, what would it be about?

Several replied to the thread with their ideas:
A group of astronauts gain superpowers after a cosmic radiation exposure and must use them to oppose the plans of their enemy, Doctor Victor Von Doom.

Twitter’s love of a Washington and Evans-starring film led to Jamie Primak-Sullivan, head of digital development and production at Will Packer Media, to tweet her interest.
I had a dream last night… about my next movie…. and @kerrywashington and @ChrisEvans were in it and i blame Twitter

Primak-Sullivan’s tweet eventually caught the eye of Washington herself, who seems to be down with getting an idea rolling.
Ok @ChrisEvans we are gonna have to figure this out! XO https://t.co/qIaXr0ZS7M

So far, there’s no word on if a project will get off the ground, but if Will Packer Media sees an opportunity, then fans of a Washington-Evans led film have a good chance at possibly seeing these two work together in the future.
This is just the latest of Twitter-generated film ideas. One of the most popular ideas is a heist film starring Rihanna and Lupita Nyong’o and directed by Ava DuVernay. Most recently, an idea for a sequel to Bring It On starring Gabrielle Union and Ryan Destiny circulated, garnering the actresses’ attention. Incredibly, the Zola Twitter thread, which went viral in 2015, is now in development as a film with Janicza Bravo as director and Taylour Paige in the lead role. Colman Domingo is also set to star.
