Essence Atkins and veteran voice actor Eli Harris are headlining the upcoming animated series Jericho Cutter.
I2A2 Studios and Odd Ninja Media have announced that they are adapting Jason B. Ryan’s graphic novel series Jericho Cutter into a new animated series. Created by Odd Ninja Media’s Jason B. Ryan, Jericho Cutter is a sci-fi drama that follows a man who no memory on a journey to recover his identity and save the world from an evil organization that is hunting him. Ryan is in partnership with and I2A2’s Renard T. Jenkins to bring the animated series to life.
The comic book series is described as “a hard-hitting, character-driven sci-fi saga that fuses action, mystery, and dystopian intrigue.” The story “explores themes of resilience, identity and redemption against the backdrop of a futuristic, cyberpunk world.” The animated series aims to “reach a new audience while maintaining the rich visual style and mature storytelling of the source material.”
Harris, who has voiced and starred in video games including Elder Scrolls, Baldur’s Gate, and Star Wars: The Order, will star in a lead voice acting role alongside Atkins. No more details about their roles were given.
